We set it up, and we stay

We connect it to your tools with your team, keep it running, and adjust it when your work changes.

Set up with your team

We write the task down with the people who do it, then connect only the tools and folders it needs.

  • Access is switched on item by item. Anything wider is your call.
  • The first use is one task on real work, checked by your team.
  • If something can’t be connected cleanly, we say so.

Kept running

We watch that it works, fix what breaks and keep it in step with your tools. You see every change.

  • A tool or form changes: we update the connection and check it again.
  • After real use, you decide to keep it, change it or stop it.
  • It’s no longer needed: we switch it off and close its access.

When the work changes

Message us about a new step, tool or colleague. A person on our team answers, and anything that widens access waits for your yes.

  • Someone asks why it did something: we show what it used and fix the rule.
  • A similar task next door is agreed as new work, tried on real cases first.

Start with one task

Tell us the task, the tools it touches and who checks the result. We’ll say what setting it up involves.
